For executives who are challenged to provide contemporary services designed to change organizational culture and reduce disparities in outcomes within the communities they serve, I’ve acted as a powerful organizational flashlight to reveal the wide-scale transformational solutions they seek. My work in child welfare, education, criminal justice, mental health, and post-secondary institutions has been globally recognized as being at the forefront of the public and not-for-profit sectors. My propensity for providing successful strategic and integrative steps that guide leadership teams to better outcomes is what led me to establish Firma Strategy Group.

In partnership with CEOs, senior teams and government leaders, as well as community stakeholders, I’ve offered my years of knowledge and well-sought-after expertise as an organizational and systems leader to find innovative solutions to the most common organizational challenges. After leading a provincial organization as a CEO in the Ontario child welfare system, and spending over 15 years in executive and senior leadership roles, I’ve learned what is necessary for implementing lasting change.
